CAREER OPPORTUNITY Industrial Engineer
Petra Engineering Industries Co.; a market leader in the design and manufacture of high quality commercial and industrial HVAC equipment; seeks to hire Industrial Engineer with the following:
Main Duties:
• Achieve the Company’s goals in terms of production and quantity of production at the lowest costs by planning. organizing, and directing manufacturing operations. • Work to use advanced technologies to serve the work and product, and work to improve the use of labor within the factory to achieve the company’s interests.
• Conduct time studies and gather data on production processes to determine the most efficient methods and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze data collected during time studies to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas where productivity can be enhanced.
• Design and implement work methods, procedures, and layouts to optimize workflow and minimize waste. •Develop and maintain accurate time standards for various tasks and operations.
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
•Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with
established standards and procedures.

Required Skills:
•Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. •Proficiency in time study methodologies, work measurement techniques, and process improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. •Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions. Detail-oriented and highly observant to accurately capture and document time study data. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production systems is preferred.
Qualifications:
BSc. in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 Years of related Experience. Has the ability to deal with the Technicians. Very good command of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work under pressure.
• Very good interpersonal skills.
