To assist in creating and carrying out HR and wellness programs at the Jordan River Foundation, emphasizing the importance of understanding the needs of the employees and collaborating on strategies to boost morale, retain talent, and attract top performers through improved employee well-being.

Main Duties: Collaborates with the HR Manager to ensure that employee support services are consistently promoted and provided throughout the organization at high standards. This is done to enhance employees’ self-assurance, adaptability, and understanding of how to handle their workload.

Evaluates all new suggestions to determine their feasibility and offers recommendations to HR Management.

Helps to execute the HR strategy by focusing on improving the induction program for new employees.

Assists human resources management in executing approved programs for recognizing and engaging employees in order to improve their productivity and performance.

Serves as the main contact for all departing employees regarding their exit interviews and the resulting actions taken to improve employee satisfaction and well-being.

and consistently gave HR management detailed reports.

This helps in preparing for the future wellbeing requirements of the organization.

Helps HR managers suggest, study, advise on, and put into action new programs to enhance JRF’s reputation as a desirable employer.

Creating or acquiring wellness programs to address the needs of employees, whether they are related to professional growth or overall well-being.

Offers employees support and recommendations on mental health and overall wellness.

Identify the reasons and address any morale-related problems, then communicate them to the HR Senior Manager and propose solutions.

Takes in and addresses all official internal complaints, ensuring that they are documented correctly for HR management to follow the appropriate procedures outlined in JRF policies.

Ensures that HR documentation and reporting are handled in a timely and organized manner. Updates HRMI reports on a weekly basis to ensure all information is accurately recorded for documentation and reference.

Completes additional tasks as directed by the Reporting Manager to help facilitate the HR process run smoothly.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in psychology or a closely related field.

.5 – 8 years of experience

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages is required.
