Airport International Group (AIG)

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Safety Senior Officer to join the team at Queen Alia International Airport, which is operated by the Airport International Group. Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

JOB PURPOSE

Collaborate with the Aviation Safety Section Head, Airport International Group staff, and other airport stakeholders and subcontractors to efficiently carry out tasks within the department’s responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

– A bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Business.

Administration or any related field

A minimum of five years of experience in safety and/or airport engineering procedures is required.

• Internal auditing habilitation

• Training habilitation

• Fuel farm auditing habilitation

Training for handling dangerous materials.

• Aeronautical SMS training

• Discretion and confidentiality

• Skill in translating between Arabic and English proficiently.

• Understanding of computer programs that are pertinent to department functions.

– Driver must have at least a CAT 3 driver’s license.

• Skill in Microsoft Office programs and AutoCAD, plus the know-how to use simulation software for airside operations.
