Job duties include completing all accounting tasks for Aramex stations related to monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts and confirming balances.

Serve as the main contact for all designated Aramex branches.

Manage the transactions between different companies within the same organization and ensure that the accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis.

Make sure that day-to-day activities run efficiently and that all balances are settled on time, working closely with the accounting manager and team leader.

Check and confirm all invoices from the station.

Enter the invoices into the financial system of the company.

Obtain confirmation from the stations regarding financial transactions.

.Issue debit / Credit notes.

Carry out a monthly review of the accounts for the stations.

Daily, transfer invoices to the financial system of the company.

Send invoices to concerned stations

Consistently check in with stations to address any unresolved issues.

Finish cases by the deadline and end the month.

Verify the monthly intercompany balance with the stations.

Qualifications Needed: Strong communication abilities and fluency in the English language are essential for this position.
