شركة عرب بوتاش (APC) تدور حول مدير الشؤون القانونية استراتيجي بمهارة فائقة لقيادة وتدبير الشؤون القانونية للشركة. سيشرف المرشح الأمثل على طائفة واسعة من المسائل القانونية بما في ذلك العقود، وإدارة الشركات، والتقيُّد، والأدوار الاستشارية في جميع أنحاء الأعمال التجارية.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice to the Executive Management team and various departments and give legal advice across all company activities, ensuring full compliance with applicable local and international laws.
⚫ Manage, draft, review, and negotiate diverse types of agreements (especially those related to construction projects, transportation, EPC, utilities, and energy transactions).
• Manage corporate legal matters, including company establishment, registration with local authorities, mergers & acquisitions, and share transfers.
• Lead legal reviews of internal policies, contracts, procurement activities, and business transactions.
⚫ Interact with external lawyers and consultants on critical legal matters.

Manage and mentor a team of subordinate legal counsels.
. Offer internal legal training and awareness sessions for different departments.
• Conduct legal research to support decision-making and policy development.
Provide legal advice to company subsidiaries, upon request, and maintain compliance across the group.

Skills
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) from a recognized university; master’s degree (LL.M) is preferred (especially from a reputable foreign university).
• Licensed to practice law in Jordan with a clean professional record.

12-15 years of experience in corporate law, with at least 8 years in a senior or leadership position.
• Knowledge of Jordan laws, especially those applicable to public shareholding companies.
• Knowledge of international laws, such as English law, is a plus.

• Knowledge and familiarity with different arbitration rules locally and internationally.
Knowledge of compliance requirements which are associated with international cross-border transactions is a plus.
• Proven experience with FIDIC contracts, construction law, procurement, and supply agreements.

Knowledge of utilities or electricity sectors is a strong plus.
Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions, sales contracts, Maritime Law, and Incoterms is an advantage.
High fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong negotiation, drafting, and dispute resolution skills.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage complex legal issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and leadership skills across all organizational levels.
Team-player, problem solver, practical, business-oriented, and a facilitator of the Company’s work without compromising legal risks.
• Be part of the Company’s decision-making process and assume ownership of the Company’s matters which are being handled by the different departments.
• The successful candidate will have to be a non-smoker.
